Akyanga Gold Deposit: New Drilling Intersects Gold Mineralisation | DRC
Recent Phase I diamond drilling at the Akyanga Deposit, part of the Misisi Gold Project in South Kivu, DRC, has intersected multiple zones of gold mineralisation within and below the US$1,500/oz pit shell used for the current Mineral Resource Estimate.

MSDD0156: 12.27 m @ 5.39 g/t Au from 270.60 m, including 3.78 m @ 12.88 g/t Au
MSDD0154: 17.25 m @ 2.44 g/t Au from 229.00 m, including 5.75 m @ 4.39 g/t Au
MSDD0155: 15.70 m @ 2.17 g/t Au from 297.30 m, including 3.40 m @ 5.63 g/t Au
The results add further information on the distribution, geometry and grade characteristics of mineralisation in the northeastern portion of Akyanga and will support refinement of the geological model, follow-up drilling and Phase II targeting.
Akyanga currently hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of 40.8 Mt @ 2.37 g/t Au for 3.11 Moz Au, defined over approximately 2.1 km strike to 350 m vertical depth, with mineralisation remaining open along strike and at depth.
The 2026 programme includes 42,000 m of drilling across Akyanga and regional targets, with further assays, Phase II drilling and a future Mineral Resource Estimate update expected as exploration advances.
Note: Reported intercepts are downhole lengths, with true widths estimated at approximately 85% of reported lengths.
