BBM Gold-Copper Deposit: Mineralisation Extended Along Strike & at Depth | Côte d’Ivoire

1 min read

Recent diamond drilling at the BBM Gold-Copper Deposit, part of the Odienné Project in Côte d’Ivoire, has extended high-grade mineralisation approximately 200 m along strike and ~400 m below surface, with new mineralisation identified outside the current Mineral Resource.

BBM Gold-Copper Deposit

BBDD-33: 47 m @ 2.2 g/t AuEq from 589 m

• Including 15 m @ 3.3 g/t AuEq

• Including 3 m @ 10.3 g/t AuEq

• Outside the current Mineral Resource

BBDD-47: 44 m @ 3.1 g/t AuEq from 154 m

• Including 22 m @ 4.0 g/t AuEq

• Including 3.2 g/t Au + 0.83% Cu

BBDD-39: 67 m @ 2.0 g/t AuEq from 479 m

• Including 27 m @ 2.7 g/t AuEq

The current BBM, Charger and Empire Mineral Resource stands at 32.4 Mt @ 1.33 g/t Au + 0.33% Cu, containing 1.71 Moz AuEq.

The ongoing programme has a substantial pipeline of results, with assays pending for 8 additional deep holes testing BBM's high-grade core to approximately 600 m vertical depth, along with 57 resource holes within the open-pit Mineral Resource.

These results further define the width, grade and continuity of the BBM gold-copper system, while continued drilling will help evaluate its extension along strike and at depth.

Technical note: Reported intervals are downhole lengths. Estimated true widths are approximately 70–80% of downhole widths, depending on hole deviation. AuEq is calculated using gold and copper assumptions; silver and molybdenum are reported but are not included in AuEq.
