A pallet can look perfectly aligned—until the forklift reaches the tightest corner in the core yard
The journey between logging, handling and storage is where static organization meets real movement. Turning radius changes, clearance becomes tighter, and the load changes direction while the operator manages the route ahead.
From above, the movement is easy to visualize: the forklift pivots, the tyre path curves, and the pallet follows the turn. Throughout that movement, maintaining proper stack alignment, load restraint and pallet condition becomes part of the handling process.
This is where storage-system details matter.

IndoTray’s tray-and-lid stacking system with column-locking support is designed to keep stacked trays organized during handling and movement between work areas and storage locations.
But good material handling goes beyond the tray itself. Lane width, fixed barriers, corner geometry, pallet condition, stack alignment and load restraint all need to be considered before movement begins.
Because in a busy core yard, stability is not only about where the pallet starts—it is about how it moves.
