By 3 pm, every core tray in an exposed exploration yard is taking the same test: the sun.

Morning light becomes hard noon glare, then afternoon heat. Repeat that rhythm across logging, staging and storage, and an invisible material specification starts to matter.

Tray selection often centres on dimensions, channel layout, handling and identification. Those details are essential. But for equipment expected to spend long hours outdoors, the polymer specification deserves equal scrutiny.

IndoTray is moulded from 100% virgin PP copolymer with UV stabilisation. That is not a promise of a specific lifespan. It is a deliberate material choice that recognises a simple field reality: the sun keeps moving, whether the tray is being logged or waiting in the yard.

When comparing core trays, look beyond what is immediately visible. Ask whether outdoor exposure has been considered in the material itself.
