Exploration continues to create new opportunities for resource growth.
Caledonia Mining Corporation has announced encouraging exploration results from its surface drilling programme at Blanket Mine, Zimbabwe. The latest drilling has confirmed the continuity of gold mineralisation while identifying a previously unrecognised gold zone, highlighting additional exploration potential within the mining area.
Key Exploration Highlights:
Surface drilling confirmed the continuity of gold mineralisation.
A previously unrecognised gold zone has been identified.
Selected drill intercepts include:
23.00 m @ 2.61 g/t Au from 61.00 m, including 6.00 m @ 5.48 g/t Au
6.00 m @ 1.97 g/t Au from 38.00 m, including 2.00 m @ 3.43 g/t Au
The mineralised zone remains open, supporting follow-up drilling and future resource growth.
Every metre drilled adds valuable geological information. From drilling and sampling to laboratory analysis and geological interpretation, each stage improves the understanding of the deposit and helps guide future exploration decisions.
Congratulations to the Caledonia Mining exploration team on these encouraging exploration results. We look forward to following the next phase of drilling at Blanket Mine.
