Morocco’s Azrar Project: Copper Showings Identified Across 1.60 km at Amane
Aterian has reported encouraging initial field-mapping observations at its Azrar Copper-Silver Project in Morocco, expanding the known copper-showing footprint at the Amane target.
Key Exploration Highlights
1.60 km apparent strike length of copper showings identified at Amane across the first four of 22 planned traverses.
2.50 km current overall length of the Amane target.
Up to approximately 7 m apparent thickness** at Amane West and approximately 2 m at Amane North.
At Tifrit, stratabound copper mineralisation has been traced laterally over 50 m, with an apparent width of approximately 3 m.

What’s Next?
The exploration programme includes detailed geological mapping, systematic sampling, hyperspectral data acquisition and AI-assisted target ranking. Access preparation and scout drilling are anticipated in Q4 2026; drilling has not yet been reported as completed in this fieldwork update.
Why It Matters
Surface mapping helps geologists identify mineralised zones, assess geological controls and prioritise targets for follow-up exploration. These observations can guide the next stage of work, but they do not yet establish mineralisation continuity or an economic deposit.
Technical Note: These are preliminary field observations, not drill assay results. Apparent strike lengths and thicknesses are not true widths. Continuity and full extent remain unconfirmed, and no Mineral Resource Estimate has been established.
